Tao Framework 2.0 RC2 Released

The Tao Framework 2.0 has come with its second release candidate: Tao 2.0 RC2. This new release candidate features a large amount of minor fixes all around as well as a massive update to Tao.OpenGl.

We need to fix the prebuild.xml files to mention the data files (audio, images, textures, etc).
